Complete home renovation:
Brief:
The client wished for a complete renovation of their home including replacement of all floors, remove the popcorn from the ceiling, sand and re-stain the stairs, and finish a portion of the basement and paint the entire house.
Our solution:
We replaced the flooring on the main level and the top level with engineered hardwood. We carefully removed the textured finish from the existing ceiling and repainted the ceiling and all the walls, trims and baseboards for the entire 5200 square feet of the home. We sanded and re-stained the stairs and added new metal spindles. In the basement we finished the workshop area and replaced the flooring with new SPC vinyl.
